The Keys to Personal Transformation and Healing
Dear Pacific Northwest Friends –
We are really excited to be coming to Seabeck 2025. It’s a place and of spirit-of-being
with each other that is treasured in our family memories, including the lovely
experiences our children had there in decades gone by.
We’re particularly enthused to be bringing you some of our latest educational material
from our ongoing studies and application of the Cayce readings. We’ve been very
engaged with A.R.E.’s new Tarsia Center for Inner Transformation and Healing, and
we’ll share with you both teachings and workshop experiences around this material.
In our Seabeck sessions with you we want to help you to build capacity for greater
courage, creativity, and positive engagement in the ever-changing and uncertain
landscape of our times. Capacity-building is a journey toward wholeness with two
intertwined pathways.
The first pathway is an inner journey to discover your authentic self and to
intentionally incorporate it into your way of being. It’s what we call
becoming integrated and whole.
The second pathway is a more outward facing journey. With your authentic
self as your foundation, you can more confidently share your gifts and
talents and make your unique contribution in a variety of creative and
positive ways.
We look forward to having fun with you, and also to taking a deep inner exploration
around how to take the next steps in your own journey of inner transformation and
healing.

Youth Activities

We are so excited to have the family camp experience back this year!
Some changes have been made; the youth activities will be available from 7:30am to noon and 4pm-9:30pm. This allows families to spend their lunch, early afternoons, and evenings & bedtime together.
NOTE: they will not be in cabins with the counsellors this year.
Seabeck Conference Center will have rooming options for your family.
Please let us know if you have any questions

Summer Seabeck is a place for the youth to play, be in nature, and be their authentic selves.
Each morning begins with a gentle yoga / stretch class, followed by a guided meditation, and some journaling to review our dreams. Our days are filled with fun activities such as 'capture the flag', arts & crafts, exploring nature, beach walks, interesting talks, and skit practice for the talent show. Seabeck campers come together to share experiences, dreams, and aspirations.
Amidst the surrounding nature of the beautiful PNW, new best friends are made and lifelong bonds are formed. This is more than just a camp; it's an unforgettable experience that will remain in your heart for years to come. Seabeck will most likely become part of your life! Please note: Youth must stay with their parent or guardian overnight.

Attendees find time their most treasured gift here during the warm, sunny days of Seabeck. There is plenty of time to play, dance, hike, socialize with like-minded friends, meditate, and journal. "Let everyone whom you meet be happier for having met you, for having spoken to you. This you can do by spreading joy."

"Come as you Were" Soiree!
Friday begins with our "Come as You Were" Soiree! Experience a past life by bringing a costume to wear to dinner - or not. It's light-hearted fun for all!

Silent Auction
Our Silent Auction is a fun way for us to raise scholarship money for individuals who would not be able to attend this event without assistance. Please bring a new, or slightly used, item to donate. We would so appreciate it!

Talent Show
Saturday night you won't want to miss our talented and sometimes hilarious Seabeck family join together for our annual Talent Show! Bring an instrument, bring a comedy act, prepare a song to sing, or just come and enjoy. It is so much fun that you will be amazed!

Workshops
Workshops are led and facilitated by volunteers, so please bring your topics to share!
In our past Workshops, we've explored a wide range of spiritual topics, and this year promises to be no different. From diving into the depths of dream work and past lives to unravelling the symbolism of the Native American medicine wheel and delving into holistic health principles like those espoused by Edgar Cayce. Additionally, we've discussed topics such as psychic abilities, been led through magical sound healings, and explored aura readings.
And so much more...

-
What should I bring? What should I pack?- Small window fan - if you're staying in the Inn or Inn Annex. It gets warm in those rooms and there are no fans or air conditioning. - Hair Dryer - if you need one. You should also bring a hair dryer if you need one. - Dress up Outfit - for the “Come As You Were” Past Life Soiree. - What you might want / need for your talent...we'd love to see you on stage for the pinnacle event.
-
What if I have special diet restrictions?Seabeck Conference Center is happy to accommodate those with gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan diet requirements. There is also a self serve salad bar where you can select items that fit into your diet needs. If you still require specific foods then we suggest you bring what you need - there is a small shared fridge in the dinner hall.
-
Do you offer financial assistance so I can attend?Of course we wish we could offer everyone in need but we have limited partial scholarships available. We usually offer our scholarships to children first and potentially offer half scholarships to adults if we have extra funds remaining in the scholarship fund. Please contact the Program Director, Victor Ross, to discuss your situation - victorplt@comcast.net
-
How can I contribute my talents? **TALENTS NEEDED**We will be asking for volunteers to lead afternoon workshops during free time. Do you have something to teach others? Are you an expert in dream work, healing, Cayce nutritional principles, music or dancing, or other topics that might be of interest to this group? We'd love if you would consider sharing your knowledge in a workshop! And we’re always looking for talents of all types for our Saturday night Talent Show – singing, dancing, musical performances, comedy routines, joke-telling, yo-yo performances and pretty much anything else makes for an entertaining evening!

About Seabeck Conference Center

The Seabeck Conference Center is located on 90 beautiful acres on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. The grounds are reminiscent of a small village, complete with walkways that meander past manicured lawns, fruit orchards, and wooded trails. Steeped in history and beauty, it's easy to find yourself transported back to a simpler time from it’s 19th century history, including an old schoolhouse, the original inn and rustic turn-of-the century residences hovering over Hood Canal.
About Unity In Lynnwood

Unity in Lynnwood services are every Sunday at 11:00am PT Online or In Person at: 16727 Alderwood Mall Pkwy, Lynnwood, WA 98037
Unity is a positive, practical, progressive approach to Christianity based on the teachings of Jesus and the power of prayer. Unity honors the universal truths in all religions and respects each individual’s right to choose a spiritual path.
God is Spirit - the Divine Energy and Infinite Wisdom which is everywhere present and operating through all creation. At Unity in Lynnwood, we might refer to God as Life, Light, Love, Substance, Principle, Law, Universal Mind or That Which is Greater.
We are individualized expressions of God. Our fundamental nature is divine and our purpose is to express our divine potential as demonstrated by Jesus and other master teachers. We believe that you existed before you assumed your current body and that you will continue to exist after you relinquish it. You are an eternal, spiritual being having a temporary, physical experience!
Unity teaches that Jesus expressed his divine potential to high levels and sought to show humankind how to do the same. We see Jesus as a master teacher of spiritual truths - as more example than exception. In Unity, we use the term Christ to represent the divine potential within every human. So, Jesus is a great example of the Christ expressed. There have been others.
Unity founders Charles and Myrtle Fillmore studied the Bible as history, allegory, metaphor, art, politic and prophecy and often interpreted it metaphysically as the journey of awakening shared by every human soul. Unity in Lynnwood recognizes the Bible as a complex collection of writings, compiled over many centuries and reflective of the cultures from which they emerged, and seeks to engage this valuable spiritual resource intelligently.
Prayer and meditation are two disciplines which avail us to the spiritual resources which are always
at-the-ready.

Delicious Family Style meals are always included in your stay. All meals are prepared on-site and served in the 19th century style dining room. Three full meals a day may be prepared optionally as vegetarian, vegan, non-dairy, and gluten free if preferred.
In addition, guests are always invited to enjoy the unlimited breakfast bar, lunch and dinner salad bars, and a variety of beverage choices. Friday night is always our Salmon Bake on the beach!
